PriMus-C 12.0

PriMus-C by ACCA software S.p.A. is a construction job accounting and work progress management solution. It streamlines the entire process of tracking quantities performed on site, calculating interim and final progress statements, managing change orders and variations, and issuing payment certificates and final accounts. Designed to work seamlessly with PriMus estimates and bills of quantities, it keeps price lists, measurement rules, and item data consistent from tender through closeout.

Key capabilities:

• Work progress and job accounting: record measurements, link them to BoQ items, and automatically compute interim and final valuations.
• Variations and change management: manage amendments, extra works, suspensions, and resumptions with clear traceability.
• Payment certificates and reporting: produce standardized documents (interim valuations, payment applications, final account) with customizable layouts and export options.
• Data integration: reuse and update data from PriMus cost estimates and price lists to avoid rework and maintain consistency.
• Cost and progress control: compare estimated vs. executed vs. certified quantities and amounts to highlight variances and maintain budget control.
• User-friendly environment: spreadsheet-like interface, measurement sheets, and templates to speed up workflows and reduce errors.

With PriMus-C, contractors, estimators, and project managers can maintain tighter control over site progress, ensure accurate and timely certifications, and deliver complete, consistent project documentation. Developed by ACCA software S.p.A.
